“As a practitioner, I am only here to guide individuals to show that they have within themselves what it takes to support them and embrace life as it is. Moreover, disorders and symptoms don’t define us, they are merely an expression of distress. Thus, taking from Kungfu Panda, ’There is no secret ingredient, it’s just you’ ”
