Dinu always had the passion to work in the field of mental health which caters to children, adolescents and young adults. After completing her studies she went on to obtain experience in corporate, community work and education fields to better understand how children and young adults can be best supported with regards to mental health.
At the completion of her clinical internship that was part of the postgraduate studies she is continuing her work as a counsellor at CAFS.
Dinu holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychosocial Support from University of Colombo, a Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Wales Trinity Saint David, and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Missouri Science and Technology. Her research is rooted in organisational practice and mental health where she has looked at leadership development among young adults and looking at how psychotherapeutic interventions impact employee wellbeing.
